Tom has over 20 years of mortgage experience and he specializes in clients needing guidance with Divorce Mortgage Planning. Tom graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Economics. He is divorced, and the father of 2 young adults, one in Hollywood and the other in San Diego. He is active with Saddleback Church and Orangewood Children’s Home.
I really enjoy the challenges of the mortgage loan industry and especially assisting clients with the intricacies of dealing with real estate in a divorce situation. There is a lot of fear in a divorce, “Am I going to be OK?” is a big question. Assisting clients in qualifying to buy out their spouse or a new home is rewarding. With my experience I can save clients on their mortgage payment, property taxes and capital gains taxes. Oftentimes I make suggestions to attorneys of CPAs that allow our clients to achieve their financial goals and help relieve some of their fears of the future. My knowledge, compassion and dedication are geared to make it happen for your clients. Both you and your client can reach me seven days a week, since I answer my phone calls personally and I respond to my e-mails quickly.
